We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Shipping: Shipping charges are applied while you purchase the books online. Books will be shipped within 3 days of the order placed and you should be receiving the books within 1 week of dispatch. We will also share the tracking ID to track the order. In case books are not delivered, please contact us at +91 6385358635 / thebookzters@gmail.com Subsequently we will work with the service provider and help in finding a resolution. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order. If you receive books in damaged condition, we will refund the money or issue a credit note or replace the book with another one subject to you bringing this to our notice within 24 hours of receipt of the book with proof of damage and with opening video. SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
