We will also share the tracking ID to track the order. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order. If you receive books in damaged condition, we will refund the money or issue a credit note or replace the book with another one subject to you bringing this to our notice within 24 hours of receipt of the book with proof of damage and with opening video.
